21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold delivery of any more Product to the Buyer and may terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
